Manor Farm is a beautiful 17th century farmhouse in the quiet village of Alderton, Wiltshire, and is well-placed for exploring the many attractions of the South Cotswolds countryside as well as the elegant Regency city of Bath.

Home to the Lippiatt family for many years, the house offers warmth and comfort coupled with high standards in a relaxed setting. The lovely bedrooms, each with private bathroom, are spacious and well equipped, and they enjoy views across the garden and fields beyond, or to the stable yard. This is a working farm with some 550 acres of arable crops.

The village of Alderton is peaceful and completely unspoiled, with delightful cottages and gardens and  a lovingly tended village duck pond.
